Disclosure Agreement^©

 I have been contacted by Asset Recovery Corporation, who claims to have discovered funds that belong to me, which I am not aware of. Upon submitting this agreement, Asset Recovery Corporation is required to disclose the location of these funds, at which time I agree to sign and return (if necessary), to Asset Recovery Corporation, the Declaration, Disclosure, & Sale of Interest Agreement within 10 days. This agreement will be null and void if I have already made claim to these funds and can provide adequate written proof dated prior to this agreement. Electronic submission of this document constitutes a binding contractual agreement. Further Affiant sayeth not,
